Who Is Tyler Mintz?

Mr. Mintz is a Customer Support Specialist passionate about making technology simple and accessible. He personally enjoys writing, podcasting, and voiceover work, which fuel his interest in clear, respectful guidance rooted in basic education and simplicity.

 

Tyler aims to empower others, build trust, and create supportive spaces where everyone can confidently navigate tools and platforms. His goal is to help teams achieve seamless, purposeful collaboration.

Salesforce will forever be a starting point for me in Tech, for I gained and contributed so much experience during my 6-month internship.

TOPIC TUESDAY

As a Client Success Guide (Intern) at Salesforce, I managed content to inform customers about new features and upgrades in Salesforce Maps. My role included contributing articles and resources to the Salesforce community, specifically on "Topic Tuesday," to educate both new and existing users.

WISDOM WEDNESDAY

I take pride in my involvement in Wisdom Wednesday, where I deliver informative posts to the community. Through this contribution, we saw a significant increase in new members, growing from 600 to over 800 members under Salesforce Maps Community Page

Ask the Maps Expert

Along with Salesforce work samples you see above, I've also led webinars such as Ask the Maps Expert or Maps Migration. The purpose is to answer any Q&A a customer may have, as well as sharing new releases or resources Salesforce Maps provide. On the right is a video of one of them.
